Standing there he looked at me "dead in the eyes" and proceed to lie stating that he never cashed my check for $3,600.00. I went into my briefcase and showed him the cancelled check from the bank.

I placed an order with SCAM ARTIST SCOTT MOSHER for the total balance of $3,600.00 for a full business workup (logo graphic design, logos, slogans, packaging, website design, accounting software, mailing supplies, advertising designs, business cards, letterhead, employees cards and more).

  HE NEVER FINISHED THE JOB I WAS HUNG UP ON NUMEROUS TIMES THEN HIS PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED! 

This nightmare began when the promise to delivery my materials in 3 months’ time was into the 9 month & I am still waiting for merchandise to be finished. He's paid in full & I'm still waiting. I contacted him 142 times I was hung up on LIED to, called names I shall not repeat and then sullenly his phone number was disconnected.

I didn’t know what to do because there was no address on any receipts if I ever received after asking for them, his website is childness and no location to be found including Facebook, LinkedIn and other online social media. It was a setup. Finally, after consulting with a police officer friend of mine he location where this CON ARTIST was working out of.

With my friend confronted him and on that meeting was given $100.00 in cash. The next 4 meetings it was nothing but excuse after excuse! I asked him for a full refund on the stuff I only received a grand total of $240.00. The last meeting, I knocked on the door and I meant the landlord who was cleaning up the apartment and told me that he gone and skipped out on the last month’s rent.
