Artistic HospiItality and Resort Constuction I brought crews out to job site in Orlando to install flooring,but due to condition created by Artistic we could not finish job,nor wanted to.Did not get paid for what we did.Thank God we didn't stay,we would have been stuck for more than we were.$8000.00. Artistic contacted me to install flooring in a Meriott hotel. We traveled from Tampa to Orlando to do this job.I have been in the flooring business for 30 plus years. Artisic went to great lengths to make the job as difficult as they could. The Material wasn't delivered on time to even start the job. When it did come it was in a warehouse 26 miles from the job site.
Artistic expected us to get it for nothing.Original agreement was it should have been 5 min. away but they were too cheap to pay that warehouse.They have this outrageus clauses in there contract to fine you for everything you can think of. Over the period of a few weeks of this stupid ,petty,things that they kept coming up with ,we packed our tools.We had had enough.They stuck us for $8000.00 dollars worth of labor.Artistic goes out of there way to screww contractors.When I tried to get my money ,you get switch over to a real(POS) Steven Miller.
Artistic is practiced at the art of sticking contractors.I knew Jason Welling from a job I worked on previously.He contacted me and still stuck my company.I'm sure those two pretend to go to church on Sundays and present themselves as good guys,I hope their children find out what coniving Thieves they are. Any contractors that have been burned by them,Please contact me because I want to get as many contractors together and file a class action suit against them.With a number of us together,no Judge would turn us down when they hear all our stories.
