Complaint Review: Artistic Website Creations

I paid over a $250 security deposit on 12/07 for Artistic Direct Creations to create a website, which they still have not delivered. They slowly worked on the interface, but never really was on the target, plus it took about 3 months for that.
Then they disappeared and would get offline when I ask a question or didn't email back. The contract said it would take estimate 40-45 days to complete it has been almost 8 months. They kept me from making a issue of this by telling me it was network issues or coding issues. I have been very flexible with them and they have disappeared. I have lost over 7 months of possible business and development time.

They also say they their parent company is ITCRS Corporation a Division of IT Career Resources, Inc
