Complaint Review: Arts Heaven artsheaven.com/

After the painting I ordered seemed to be taking a while to arrive, I decided to contact arts heaven to ask how long it would be. They had absolutely no record of my order whatsoever, despite have taken $340 of my money. After a paypal dispute they finally had to admit that they could not just take my money and then have a member of staff (who was clearly not trained to handle customer service problems) tell me that apparently I had made 'no attempt' to order anything from them, and I eventually got my money back. Thank god for paypal. If you are thinking about ordering anything from this company I would seriously reconsider.
