Arts Heaven has a very bad customer service. I had a problem with one oil painting I bought from them.
There is no person you can talk to. They have a phone number you can use but no one takes the call. You have to leave a message. Answering message says they will reply in 24 hours. That is completely FALSE.. Arts Heaven never replied to any of my phone messages.
They have an e-mail address (info@artsheaven.com). You can use it to report any problem. I used it, but they never responded to any of my emails. They never replied, not even after 1 week of my first inquiry.
If you buy from this place, pray God everything will be OK. If you have any problem with them, forget about it as you will never be able to talk to anybody or get any message from them, not even to acknowledge your situation.
