I ordered a George Stubbs painting on Dec 12, 2013. It arrived in a timely matter. But it was cracked in two places from top to bottom. I tried to contact them immediately in a friendly manor. By phone and email. The website says they will return calls and emails within 24 hours. It has been 4 weeks and over 2 dozen phone calls and emails, to no avail. I tracke dthe address to a place called EV Beauty products. Only to reach an answering machine with an asian female voice.
I went to UPs to return it . I was told it could not be doen because it came from Viet Nam.
