Arvind Nandu is an outright thief. He is the single most unethical person I have ever met and is a pathological liar. Arvind Nandu defrauded me of hundreds of thousands of dollars and years of work. He forged corporate documents and records and perjured himself in court under oath. Arvind Nandu defamed others in an attempt to cover his crimes and paid a $150,000 to settle, in part, a defamation suit against him.
Arvind Nandu can not be trusted. Do not fall for his flattery or promises. Before you consider doing business or having any relationship with Arvind Nandu, you need to check the Orange County Court records and note all the lawsuits filed against Arvind Nandu and his various companies. I have known Arvind Nandu for many many years. He is a good and honest businessmen. The person who wrote the report can u please explain all the stuff you have written in your report. I have known mr Arvind Nandu and his companies for years.
i know he was a victim of a Fraud by a guy name joe McCarthy and his brother jere Mccarthy. I am wondering if you are one this con and scam artist who tried to milk him out of his money.
i just want people to know that Mr Arvind Nandu and his companies are good people to deal with

i am surprised to read the content of this report. I have done business with Mr Arvind Nandu for almost 20 years.
he is a truely good businessmen. He has always paid my dues. I have never heard bad things about him or his companies.
like any other businessmen they all go through atleast a few law suits. I just want people to know that he is not a liar, not a fraud,. he is a good and honest businessman.

I just want everyone to know that I have known Mr Arvind Nandu for more than a decade.. I have worked for him many times and I have always got paid. Mr JM i checked Mr Arvind Nandu on Orange County clark of the court and Better Business Bureau ( BBB ). I did not find anything what u have written in your complaInt.

I have done work for Arvind Nandu in the past. I have never had a problem with him paying me. I put everything on the work order and we come to an agreement on price. Arvind is a business man. So he will try to get the lowest price on everything. Can't hold that against him. The old saying, "Business is Business" nothing personal.

Also, you need to know that Arvind Nandu operates companies called Benzer International, Inc. as well as Benzer Gifts. If you see the Benzer name, you know it is a Arvind Nandu company. So when you are searching for lawsuites, ect. be sure to look for lawsuites against Benzer as well. You will see in public records that this guy is as crooked as they come. Also, keep in mind that only 1 out of 20 people who have been defrauded of more than $5000 ever even hire a lawyer much less file a lawsuit. Only 1 in 100 file a lawsuit when defrauded of less than $5,000. So for every lawsuit against Arvind Nandu you find, you can assume there are hundreds of others who have been cheated and have not filed a report.
Arvind Nandu often contracts for services and does not pay for them. He will tell a contractor or whatever that he doesn't have the money just now and make him come back time and time again promising payment and then withholding it. Contractors eventually give up or settle for pennies on the dollar. With me, he flat out forged documents and created documents for corporate meetings that never occured. He made the corporate records up after I sued him.
