Complaint Review: AS Cargo Express Inc (Previously AAE Cargo Express Inc)

Alex Santoyo is a foreigner who feels our laws here in America do not apply to him.  He does not follow contracts.  He holds your car hostage when he damages it.  He gets his foreigner friends in Miami that probably run "chop shops" to try and fix the damage on a dime budget and then he extorts you claiming "storage fees are building up if you don't come get your car".... !!!    NEVER USE THIS COMPANY to move your vehicle. 

You can't have them served because they use a Post Office Box for their address.  Strange out the DOT and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Adminstration allows these credentials.  Our government no longer protects consumers (probably never have).    Hire a lawyer if you were screwed by this company.   Can you say "Class Action".
