ASAFO AFRICAN MARKET Shipped contaminated smoked fish items to me with mould all over the fish FAIRFIELD Ohio
I received an order shipment From Mr. Asafo Mathew of merchandice ordered from his company, ASAFO AFRICAN MARKET in April 2007. I discussed this matter with him but told me that, he does not believe me, I should go ahead to do whatever I can do.
This man did the same thing the last time I ordered food items from him by shipping expired foods. Asafo denied this, I let threw the entire Maltina drinks in the dump.
Please help me from this guy.

It is sad that you currently don't even know who is responsible for your problems. At first Asafo was responsible for your loss and when you are made aware that nothing was returned you thinking the shipping company was responsible. You should have known this from the onset and directed your energy to ameliorate that. I had most of your items waiting to be shipped but they were appropriately stored so for you to think I will deliberately ship rotten items is absurd. I am in the business to make money and not to dupe my customers. I suggest you reassess the way you do business with others so that next time you don't accuse the wrong guy. I believe if you had acted appropriately when it happened, the shipping company will probably have heard you and may do something for you but you chose to go paint some one black because that was easy for you. Did you ever take pictures of the rotten items that you can provide as evidence? I have just had it with you because you don't seem to be in business to satisfy your customers. It has always been my aim to ensure my customers are happy because a happy customer means a thousand more customers

ASAFO AFRICAN MARKET Shipped contaminated smoked fish items to me with mould all over the fish FAIRFIELD Ohio
*REBUTTAL Owner of Company ..AFRICAN Continental Foods should blame the shipping company for delaying in delivering such perishable goods
Response from African continental foo Market
Under the industry regulations, perishable food items must be stored at appropriate temperature. The food items, in addition must be refrigerated at all time, failure to do so renders the food items contaminated. Selling such foods is a criminal act under U.S laws.
RoadRunner, the transportation company is to be partly blamed for the food items contamination, the bulk of the blame is on Asafo, because, Asafo, according to my earlier phone conversation with him while we were still waiting for the arrival of our shipment after the the original arrival due date, told me that, African Continental foods orders had been wrapped , and is on pallettes, waiting for the arrival of the transport company to pick it up.
In addition to the fact that, I have not receive my refund for the contaminated food items from Asafo market, RoadRunner, the shipping company had also forwarded my name to collection for not making payment for the transportation of the contaminated food items.
Therefore, I am appealing for your help in making Asafo and RoadRunner transportation company account for their mistakes, and financial losses their mistakes has caused my business.

It is sad to read this report from African Continental Foods (ACF) in California against my business Asafo African Market (AAM) - Fairfield. The report woefully failed to state the accurate facts and I wish to state the following.
ACF has been doing business with AAM for almost six months through a shipping agent provided by ACF.
ACF did indeed call AAM to make us aware of the spoiled items but ACF failed to mention that the items delivered to him was in transit for more than 3 weeks.
Although AAM was convinced that the items went bad during shipping, AAM was prepared to provide a refund upon a return of the items which never happened. (Items never got to AAM UPS tracking numbers: 2305 1590 0000 4433 0188.
If indeed I (Asafo African Market Fairfield) was such a bad businessman why did he (African Continental Food) continue to do business with me for almost 6 months.
