I ordered a 700r4 transmission for a 1986 c-10 pick-up on Feb the 21st 2006. I recieved an e_mail from Dina stating it was in stock. I called back and confirmed the order with Elvin. I was quoted $495.00 for the transmission, and $5.00 fluid charge. I was told freight would be collect.

I was called by my mechenic on 2/24/06 that the freight co. was delivering the Transmission. BUT I had recieved a suburu moter instead. I refused delivery and contacted ASAP. Brent told me he was sorry and would correct this and ship the proper item right away. After a week went by and no tranny I called Brent and he stated that the tranny they where going to send Had a problem But that they had another and would ship it on 3/06/06.

Today is Mar. 9th. I called Brent just to check on shipping as was suprised to hear that it had not shipped yet. He stated he has gone out to the Yard and laid hands on it, He tells me that it will ship today and I should recieve it Tue.

Today Mar.09/2006 I recieved my Bank statement, ASAP has charged my account $600.00 this is $100.00 more then Dina or Elvin had quoted me. I called back and got a Willie, He said he would look into it and return my call, that was 3:00 pm est it is now 4:09. Am I about to be ripped off?
