I spoke with the owner herself whom I spoke to on several occasions after I had been sent first a defective and then the wrong transmission for my 94 Mitsubishi. I had paid my mechanics to install the first one(to the tune of $300)She was unapologetic and accused my mechanics of botching the install (even tho they are members of the BBB with no unresolved complaints in 10 years) another was sent but it proved defective also and after 2 months of calling asking, and begging they finally told me that they couldn't send another one because I had never returned the last one= even tho I had shipping papers.

It was all I could do not to go in there and pitch a fit. I called my credit card company and put a dispute on the charge the fought for a month about it -all the while taking my mother and child back and forth from Louisianna and San Antonio to Houston for cancer treatments in a rental car.(Can you say another $1800) COULD THIS GET ANY BETTER? Yep-my husband lost his job and we went bankrupt.

Finally bought a rebuilt from Mitsubishi for $1800 and with our last bit of money spent another $300 to have it put in. The car is still running 2 years later. We have bad credit but my child and Mom are in remission. I don't even think they under stand at ASAP how their actions affect peoples lives or do they care.

If we stand together, they will fall down. First find an attourney, one that wants a percentage of the settlement. Then start doing your home work, gather as much info as you can. Use your internet. It becomes frustrating but suprisingly rewarding when you see it start to unfold. And it will if your dillegent. I know that dealing with these scum is bad. However you don't have to talk them at your computer.

Second, e-mail me: (((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))).
I created this e-mail address purely for gettin some texas sized justice out of ASAP motors. I've already contacted Dannie B. So now there's two of us. If they block my e-mail address, don't worry I'm not going to stop looking for all of you.(((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))).

You live in Texas - check with attorneys & get ahold of every one you can whos been victimized by this company. I too am interested in this action. Most would be happy to invest into some action against this company. Dannie B. South Street Automotive - Castle Rock - Colorado 80104
