ASAP motors from November 2005 to February 21st as of today has refused to refund my $900. They did not deliver my motors as promised and has dedided to keep my money! They ignored over 13 letters and phone calls. Every time i call they say the check will be mailed today or the paper work is on Dina's desk. Will someone please tell me who provide such a bunch of crooks a license to operate so that we as Americans can contact them? They stole my money.

They have also decided to ignore the BBB of Houston and The Attorney General's office of Louisiana. I have had to catch a ride to work with my wife for 4 months! It is not fair for these bad bussinesses to operate. They have over 200 complaints against them. enough is enough! They should not be granted a license to operate and rip people off. they also operate across state lines, doesn't this make it a federal crime?

Have any one organized a class action law-suit? Are the mayor, governor, locasl TV, radio stations and newspapers aware of these crooks who go by the name of ASAP motors owned by Brian E. Mccutcheon/ 9950 Wilcrest Dr. /Houston, Texas 77099 and Dina refusing to give his name and stating that it is no concern of a customer to know the name of a person of a bussiness who have ripped them off. I am very upset about ASAP. I will never stop until I get my money back!

ANTHONY has ever worked here.

No one named Anthony has ever worked here. Also, the statement that the majority of our customers are disatified is untrue as well as the guess on our daily income. We have just over 200 complaints with the BBB in a 3year period and have shipped well over 20,000 customers in that same time frame. However we are not perfect, we do make mistakes but we do try to assist every customer to satisfy them and sometimes are unable to dispite our best efforts. If this "anthony" truley worked here I can only assume his departure was not good and this is some sort of retalliation, bad mouth the company that let him go. That is truely unfortunate but if you are a customer and need my assistance please call me anytime.

I worked for ASAP a short time and was astounded by their practices. Please email me if you become organized enough to follow through with a lawsuit. I would love to testify to what I saw being done there. The biggest problem would be the 'small print'. By this I mean the way ASAP uses information against you. Their website, their credit card authorization forms, even down to the tags they stick on the units, have information that once ackowledged by the customer, immediately become weaponry for their lawyers to use. They especially prey on the people that scrape enough money up to buy one of these 'low mileage' units and end up with a junker. They can't pay for return shipping, can't pay for a lawyer, and worst of all, can't pay to get their car fixed. It's defintely NASTY and ASAP is raking in the money. These people make over 25000 a DAY doing this to customers. Granted, 'some' of the units are good and people called to say they were happy with their unit. But the majority had problems and were unhappy. I'll tell you the best way I saw to get help: After receiving the unit, call and say it's knocking, pay some bum on the street to pose as the mechanic and say it's knocking or has shavings in the pan. It'll take a month, but the warranty dept will pick it up and send another unit in about another month. Unfortunately, that one may be a POS too. I saw this happen up to 4 times before customers finally got a decent unit. Sorry I got off subject, back to the suit. If it came together, I think enough consumers would have a chance. I wish the FTC or governing body could do something about this business as I saw so many people really hurt by ASAP.

STEPS TO TAKE US ALL INTO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE AGAINST ASAP MOTORS

#4Consumer Suggestion

Sat, February 25, 2006

Jackie, Im real sorry to hear that you were also ripped of by these unethical, imoral, fruadulent, backstabing gangsters. These web site pirates, have been pulling this crap on the U.S consumers now for over three vary long years, and no one has so much as lifted a finger to do anything about it.

Yes, these A HOLES got me for over 2,000.oo dollars.

And Im in the same frame of mind as you are, but we can all get ASAP MOTORS to pay for what they have done to us, as Ive been telling evereyone else on this site about ASAP, as long as we all come together, and all start doing the same things.

I read of two places you filed complaints, but have you also filed complaints with the Attorney General of TX and the F.T.C, the I.F.C.C, the consumer protection hotline, and if you paid with a credit card, contact your bank and the card co, explain your situation, what youve done to try and get your money back, who youve filed complaints with, any other evidence you have, and have them do a charge back on the card to ASAP and ask them to fill out a federal regulation E disput form, then have a new card with new numbers made so ASAP cant do another charge on you again.

Now, after youve done all this, call back for follow ups and updates every where you filed complaints, and emails too, every week Jackie.
And be relentless. If enough of us get together and do this were going to be a real pain a alot of peoples asses, and ASAP will be the reason for it.

Lastly, I have been looking into lawyers for a class action lawsuite against ASAP MOTORS and I may have found a couple, but again its going to take alot of us contacting these lawyers to get them intertested in persuing a case agianst ASAP.
So helpe spread the word.
