I purchased an engine from ASAP Motors back in October of 2005. Along with the engine I had a $100 core deposit refund. I had the engine put in an called asap in 2 weeks to have them come in and pick up the old engine so I could get my refund. It is now June of 2006 and I still havent gotten my refund. They keep telling me the have to go out and pick up the old engine, and they have been telling me that since November of last year. The company's account and the shipping department, are continually putting me on hold and I estimate that I have been on hold for about 8 to 10 hours since I have been calling for the refund. I eventually called my credit card company, sent them a copy of the reciept showing that I had a refund and they credited me the money. Do Not Buy Anything From ASAP Motors In Houston Texas.
