ASAP TICKETS AIRLINE BOOKING COMPANY During COVID-19 pandemic company was selling ticket w and contract included $250 fee that was hidden if flight is cancelled. I bought ticket during COVID-19 pandemic and immidiately after puchising my ticket flight was cancelled . I found that I signed contract when purchasing was completed ( never happend to me w any other travel agency ) for $250 fee in case that flight was cancelled.
Not able to get my money back even after one year nor able to get full credit for my trip . Agents are unresponsible, rude and use different names each time. Never able to get menager on line to discuss case . Still not able to get any portion of my money back.
