Been attending events for years and despite one event for women back in 2015 this organization does little to promote the excellent and exciting work and advancement of women Cinematographers. It’s a shame in light of the #metoo movement one and would expect more. Only 12 female honorary members since 1919. It’s time for a change. We need a new face that recognizes the diversity and artistry in Cinematography which isn’t just older white males. A management with a progressive spirit. The club now just seems interested in selling friendship packages and master class trainings. It’s a shame. It should be a community for all interested in the art form. Let’s get up to speed.
