Complaint Review: ASC US Bank TRUSTEE CREDIT SUISSEE FIRST BOSTON CastleMeinhold Strawiarski

We got our original loan with Seibring Capital last April 2005, in July 2005 we received a letter saying that we were to start sending our payments to Americans Servcing Company (AKA-ASC). This is when our problems started, we sent in the first payment and then my husband got sick with kidney stones, I wasn't able to be on the loan because I am handicaped (I have MS) so they would not let me talk to anyone to let them know that we would be sending in our payment a couple of days late, but within the 15 days. By the time the payment got there we got charged a late fee anyway, and also got a nasty phone call.

Then in Sept. 2005 we sent in our payment only to have it returned with a letter saying that the loan number was wrong. We sent it back with a copy of the letter that ASC had sent because they had never sent any coupons for us to send payments to them. Then in we started getting foreclosure letters, by this time we had hired a mitigation company out of VA, by the name of US Loss Mitigation.

We went to got to our court 120 Hearing and the judge was not there. We were not given our 120 Hearing, and the Sell of our home went thru on Jan. 25, 2006, and now the attorney's Castle, Meinhold & Strawiarski are Evicting us from our home we have court tommorrow @ 8:30 a.m. We have been trying to get a loan but since all of this has happened and with ASC and we did not know who to make our payments to and they told us that we had the wrong loan #'s our credit has went to hell. Has anyone else in CO. went thru this with these companies? And does anyone know of anyone who can help us save our home?
