My name is Chrissy and I ordered the dietary supplement off Facebook on a trail basis. The company stated that after 14 days of using their products if I wasn't satisfied with the outcome I could return the unused pills and would get a full refund. So I called and tried to return the unused pills but Justin informed me that I couldn't return the rest of my pills and there would be no refund. This was in December 2016. On February 2, 2017 I was sent another bottle of their pills and also charged $150.00 to my visa. Which i didn't have the $150.00 in my bank so I was charged a over draft fee as well. I called around 7:30 pm on February 3, 2017 to complain and have my money refunded. I also asked where to return their products. I was told again by Justin that there would be no refund and I couldn't return the product. I have since made a complaint with the BBB and also reached out to people on Facebook to find out that I'm not the first victim of this SCAM! This was an unauthorized charge to my bank and for the record Justin is the only person that ever answers the phone. He states he is the manager also! What a coincidence!
