advertized speed up internet connection on email......never worked.......when I quit free trail, I had to use xp restore to reset computer.... was charged on debit card, even though I emailed a stop service! (30 day free trail) elaborate form was to be used to cancel! What a rip!

This customer cancelled late and was already charged when he cancelled. The person that cancelled his account did not realize that the account was past the trial period and technically the person was not entitled to a refund. However, because of the employee's error the account was refunded.
