We have thousands of customers that contact us every day. We are more than happy to cancel or refund anyone that contact us within the trial period or refund period. If they had contacted us, they would have been taken care of. Provide us with the customer's email address or their order reference number and we will gladly show how they were handled.

If this customer had contacted us within their free trial period we would have gladly either assisted them with their problem or canceled their account.
All of our contact information can be found on our web site at www.ascentive.com under "Contact Us." This information is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
If this customer had contacted us within his free trial period we would have 100% made sure that he was either assisted or canceled.
