Complaint Review: Ascott Autos - Debra Monfore & Andrea Alva

I was looking to sell my car. Ascott Autos contacted me about letting them find someone to take over my car and the company would guarantee the payments. I had a lawyer look over the contact and they said it all looked good. Ascott placed my car right away with a family and paid 2 months in advace. When the December payment was due I never received it. They delayed in responding and helping getting the payment. The January payment was late too. They never paid the payments like they said they would in a contact showing they guarantee the payments.

The family that had my car moved to Las Vegas with the car and we had to repoe the car back. While Andrea from Ascott was driving my car they damaged the ABS system. I have found out that the company has been dissolved.
