ASH TRANSPORT HELD MY CARGO HOSTAGE CHATTANOOGA Tennessee
I contracted with ASH Transport to pickup a load in GA delivering to SD and once the load was picked up the reciver said they couldn't reciver the product till Saturday (load was supposed to deliver on Friday). John in dispatch then procedded to threaten me he would not deliver the load till he was paid $1000 extra. Injdustry standard is $250 per day. He said he was going to warehouse our product or drop it off on the side of the street. This company extorted us for $1000 by holding our load hostage.
