I purchased a 5 year protection plan from Ashely Furniture I have made 3 claims with them and they have not yet help me with any of them the first one was 2 months ago when the dresser drawer was coming undone then 2 weeks ago my love seat stitching on the arm rest is coming undone my sofa has a rip in the arm rest when I bought the plan the girl told us that all this would be covered in the plan and now there telling me that I have to pay out of my pocket if I want it fixed I have already payed them 150 dollors for the plan I feel cheated they sold me someting that I can't even use nor are then warrenty there furniture.
