Ashleigh promised me a shoot at a specified location in Laguna Beach, and 1 hr. before the shoot she called me and told me we couldn't shoot there. She said instead she would photoshop the castle lighthouse in. When she gave me the proofs, she did not photoshop the lighthouse in, and when I asked her about it said she couldn't do it. My pictures look hideous, and I lost out on $300. RUN! don't walk away from this photographer.

This client did indeed want to shoot at a place called Victoria beach because a lighthouse was available. However to get there the client and I would have had to cross over some boulders which waves were already crashing over. She was interested in doing a mermaid themed session and would have no way of walking around with the tail on, I saw the situation as dangerous and suggested we used a private beach I had access to. I did tell her that altering the image to include a lighthouse could be done, but my contract states that I do not specialize in this type of editing and it is done for an additional fee. I provided proofs without the lighthouse and allowed the client to choose which images she hoped to have them added to. I did the best I could with the circumstances provided.
Did not get the pictures I wanted, lost $300
