I bought a bed for 4,500 the first day it didnot work. i reported to the sale clerk Richard he did nothing, so i told him i wanted my money back because i didnot want a bed brand new that had to bed worked on.Then i talked to the assistant manager and he order me a new base for the bed and i experience the same problem again. Then i call the store a 3rd tine and told then i wanted a fefund, i got the run around,finally they said they would give me another base which i was trying to  work with them, the 3rd base malfunction also, i let the store manager know, and told him i wanted a fefund and he said he could only give me a refund on the base but not on the mattress. After that conversation I told him i wanted a fefund on the whole bed, because i told them the first day the bed didnot work i wanted a refund, but they kept asking me to let their repair person come out and fix it  which was of no service or help.Every since the manager Ric has been ignoring my calls and for pass week keep saying he waiting on a call from his boss
