Complaint Review: Ashley Furniture Boca Raton Florida

I was completely misled about a "sales promotion" by the sales rep Cristina and Ryan the manager. Bought $4,500.00 worth of furniture and fell for one of their "special promotions" in order to close the deal - The original "agreement" was 20% down, 54 months 0% apr financing with equal payment. The sales rep made us believe monthly payments would be evenly split out throughout, she showed us on the calculator and computer how the payments would work out. When the first financing bill came in, the financing was done for 36 months 0% apr and no equal payments which means our monthly payments basically doubled. Ryan is not a man of his word. Having signed 

Fastforward 3 months, constant going back and forth, extremely rude customer service, poor communication, and having to show up in person to the store only to be neglected and kept waiting for an hour. 

Dont waste your time in this place.
