Complaint Review: Ashley Furniture

Ashley Furniture Bought furniture December 2,told I would have it by December 12, still don't have my full delivery: LIED TO 3 TIMES!!! Buford Location, Georgia

To any who may be concerned:

I purchased several thousand dollars' worth of furniture from the Ashley Furniture store located in Buford, Georgia, on December 2, 2011. I paid in cash and was told my furniture would arrive in full by December 12. So far, so good....

Then, right before my anticipated delivery date, I got a call saying there had been a slight delay, they didn't have all my pieces, and my delivery had been bumped back to Dec. 30. OK, so I wasn't too happy to hear it but they said it was the maufacturer's fault, so I thought "What can you do?".

December 30 came but my furniture did not. They called yet again right before that to say again that the manufacturer was holding things up and now I would have to wait until Jan 20 to get my stuff. Now I was getting upset. I mean, this is unacceptable people! Ashley Furniture should not be lying to their customers multiple times....or else they REALLY need to get a new manufacturer!!

Bottom line, they called AGAIN and tried to delay my delivery again. After I spoke my mind like no other, they said they would bring me what they had in stock, which is still not the entire purchase.

Buyer beware!!! My experience with Ashley Furniture absolutely sucked...
