it took ashley furniture 2 years from my purchase to do anything to help out, i purchased a chair and couch it has had very minimal use since it was purchased. when you call them you get nothing more then a song and a dance, hung up on and yelled at and down right treated like crap. they in no way stand up with the warrenty they provide. it is non existant and an utter joke. they sent one person out who only looked at the chair and did nothing but use my bathroom, they put the cheapest fix possible on the couch which they fought me on everything, fiving due to cheap quality and the customer care is a joke. nasty doesnt even cover it, i spent alot of money and got no where in the end, i have up a blog with my whole 2 year journey with them, including videos of the phone calls. the employees are down right lazy and rude on top of it. its ashame, you so better at (((competitor's name redacted))).
