One star for the manager Georgia. I was so unimpressed with her customer service i almost walked out. I had been in a week prior to check out a bed frame. The sales guy (who i must say was awesome) gave me a great deal on a bed frame ($680) which his manager Georgia approved. I came back a week later to then buy the ned frame. Georgia got very snappy with my sales guy in front of me and i felt pretty bad. Apparently she went back on her price that she approved the week before and now raised my bed frame to $700. Yes it was only $20 difference but i also went several hundred dollars over my budget (i was looking at ikea stuff honestly). Because i had the mattress already and was on a tine crunch i agreed to the new price instead of walking out. I proceeded to check out and in the middle of my transaction Georgia approaches my sales man to tell him to hurry up because he was about to have a customer walk away. Im sorry but he was in the middle of MY transaction! I wish i had the guts to tell her how rude that was and that IM his customer and her responsibility as a manager is to help his customers until my order was done, but alas i did not and i regret that.

Now that ive finished ranting i must say that John deserved 5 stars for his work. He listened to me and my needs, he understood my budget, and he did everything he could to help me get a deal. He was very warm and welcoming and personable but was never pushy. I was quite impressed with him and very happy with the bed frame he recommended for me.

 Tyg, I don't understand why you feel the need to comment on every complaint and disrespect every poster. You must have a sad life to sit online and write rebuttals all day. Please please please, learn a trade, go walk in the park, we don't care what you do, but for heavens sake stop patronizing people for having an opinion and wanting to express it. And, like I said in a previous thread, lay of the caps lock. It only makes you look like a rebellious pre-teen.

 All I can say is you really should keep your nose out of someone elses business. The manager is there to tell the employees WHAT to do. Who the hell do you think you are?? Sorry to say this princess but the manager is RIGHT and you are WRONG!! The managers job is to drive the business. Sounds like she told her employee, who she has MORE experience dealing with day to day then you EVER will, to pick up the pace. Your right though, you did rant. You were neither ripped off or scammed and you have purposfully inserted YOURSELF into a situation where you had ZERO right to either comment or interact. That was between a employee and a manager. All you have shown with your report is that the manager runs a tight ship and that you are a nosey buy body who thinks they have a right to interject THIER opinion. Well you dont. You are not privy to that employees work history neither are you privvy to what may be going on behind the office door. I swear arent there some puppies out there that you can kick around for fun?? Maybe you should just keep your nose out of what is NOT your business or concern. Oh and since you waited a week to pick up the frame the price changed, deal with it.
