We purchased the "Peace of Mind Protection Plan" to cover against accidental damage. We have 6 chairs, one of which is visibly damaged. Warranty company claims it's wear which it is not. Lindsey from Ashley customer care even agreed from picture sent. We have an end table with wood damage on corners which Warranty company Montage touched up with a marker and the color promptly wore off. This is supposed to be repaired with wood filler and touched up. We have another chair with a broken back which Ashley (Lindsey) was advised of.

We refuse to further deal with Warranty company Montage as they transfer us to India and just deny helping us. Ashley Furniture store manager was advised who just pushed us to Ashley corp. customer care (Lindsey) who was supposed to get back to us. This has gone on now for years and we are done with them. We have broken / damaged furniture which is not been repaired as per the terms of the Assurance plan we purchased through Ashley furniture. Ashley can blame the Warranty company Montage, but we purchased this plan from Ashley so hold them responsible.
