I purchased items from this store and was promised several deliveries. I've adjusted my schedule each time. They have absolutely no consideration for my schedule and/or job as a customer. I have been on the phone with them for days trying to figure out what the issue is. There has been a different story each time. At first two of the items were not in stock, then it was only one. When I called the physical store and spoke to the manager Michael, he said the the items are available according to his computer.

I spoke to several ladies at their 830.515.1400 over the days including Lilly. Everyone seemed like they wanted to help. But there was never ever any follow through with any of them. Nor did anyone call the day before or day of saying when they'd schedule my deliver.  This morning, Jessie, another customer representative at the previous number, said "your items couldn't fit on the truck that left out for delivery this morning. It's scheduled to go out this afternoon to be delivered between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.  

I don't believe them and I told her that. Not only that, I asked if everything would be delivered. She checked to find that a rug I paid for was not included in the delivery and she doesn't know when that will be delivered. What the heck? How unprofessional and inconsiderate! It's almost no use in complaining because they are going to do whatever they're going to do ~ or not ~ anyway.  I was very clear that my job requires me to travel and I would not be available further out to accept the delivery.

I told them in the store that I'd rather not purchase it if it could not be delivered by a certain time. If you need your furniture when expected, I would not purchase from this store. Their customer service is horrible. I will repost later today if they surprisingly deliver the furniture. In the meantime, I believe I will start taking further legal measures since I've taken off...again...and have time on my hands. I'd rather cancel the order than let my attorney get involved and handle the matter than to continue to waist time and money with such an inconsiderate and unorganized company.
