I bought an IOPD bed. Instructions say plug in and turn on. When Iopd plugged in do not disconnect comes up. Called and Ashley had no clue how it was supposed to work.

After 3 weeks of being put ito voicemail, Annette put me to Diane in customer care-not. Diane came to my house with her son's Iopd and an accessory cable. Plugged into accessory port and claimed this was how it works. There is a USB port which when I unplugged mine, the do not disconnect was still there from the night before. She claimed it may be a charger. My Iopd got corrupted. There is also an earphone jack that does not work either. The accessory port I would never need as I hve Ipod decks, stereo etc. They still do not have an answer as to why there are 2 other ports. I told them I did not need a speaker system that sounded terrible with no volume. I wanted them to take the bed back. It was $1118.00.

She said "No returns" Refuses to take any calls. I bought ins. They did not offer to replace, but how could they replace this item when they all do not work. She told me the mfg would not accept retun so I must keep. I told her I wanted it picked up and give me my credit. I disputed my credit card and contacted the better buisness bureau. I noticed so many complaints on internet. Help to get this buisness exposed! Sincerely
