We purchased a bedroom suite from Ashley in February.  The bed broke on one side in June.  We have not moved the bed or been rough on it at all.  I called Ashley and they said they would order the part.  I went to the store in July to see what the hold up was.  They told me that it would be mid August when the part shipped.  I left feeling ok about that.  So I went in again yesterday to look at matresses and a dining room suite and to check on the part which still wasn't in.  Now they tell me it will be the end of this month. So I called them today and asked the manager what they could do for me it kept getting delayed like this.  He first told me that they didn't have record of me calling the first time so I've only been waiting since July!  Nope!  And then tells me that he's not obligated to do anything and doesn't understand why I'm worried!  He was rude and pretty much told me I was just out of luck and that if the part come next year or the year after he could care less.  The managers name is Wayne.  I have a hefty credit limit there and it will stay open with no balance.
