We have spent thousands of dollars furnishing our home. We asked for leather recliners and instead we got some imitation leather that flakes of at the slightest rubbing. My recliner is so hard to put the foot rest down that I have to kick it 3 times to get it to lock. The material is losing it's burgandy color and showing red underneath We purchased end tables that were a beautiful parquet..or it looked like parquet. It is actually a print of wood that scratches from a paper book being set on it.
It is very apparent that they are selling shoddy merchandise that, initially, looks good but does not hold up for over 6 months.
