I purchased a coffee table from Ashley Furniture with a rolling top. The tracks broke after a few weeks and the repair was done poorly. We called it in a second time because it still wasn't fixed. When they brought it back a second time the top of the table fell off. We called it in a third time and they told us they will send us the tracks and we would have to put them on ourselves. We even went as far as going back to the store to talk to a manager, Gino S., and he was rude and refused to help us.

We asked to have a re-selection on the table and they told us no. We are now stuck with a $300 piece of crap not to mention a paid warranty that is worthless. And the serviceman had the audacity to say they take good care of their customers.
