 I ordered a frontal from Ashley on April 22, 2016, and received an incorrect order of three bundles nearly a month later. I send her a direct message on Instagram and emailed her. She did not respond to either, so I filed a Paypal dispute. We agreed that I would send the bundles back for a refund. I returned the bundles on May 24, 2016, and emailed her with the tracking information. The package arrived to her PO Box on May 26, 2016. Since the package has arrived, she has not responded to emails, Snapchat messages, or Instagram direct messages. I am now blocked from her Instagram after resorting to an Instagram comment on one of her posts. I had to operate primarily on social media because she lists no customer service phone number, only a phone number for booking and a customer service email address that she does not monitor. It is a shame that I have to go through so much after being compliant to her demands after she made a mistake. I would not advise anyone to buy from Ashley as she is extremely unprofessional. She is clearly young, but that does not excuse unprofessional behavior. I am contacting my bank now for a chargeback and am highly considering taking her to Small Claims Court. Save yourself the trouble.
