On 01/19/16 I had made a payment of $2,000 through what I thought was an eBay buyers protection page. The payment was for a 2008 Nissan maxima, in Wich I found on craigslist. I contacted Ashley Sinkler telling her I was interested in the vehicle and she had told me that the transaction would be through ebay, she had said she would inform ebay with my email address as a potential buyer. An hour or two later I received an email from eBay containing a PDF document of the buyers protection plan.

A short time after making the payment of $2,000 with my prepaid visa card I received another email from eBay with the confirmation of payment and tracking number. Ashley Sinkler (ashleysinkler1@gmail.com) also notified me through gmail that she received a confirmation of payment received by ebay.. the confirmation email I received from eBay said that the car would be delivered on 1/22/16 at 10:00am now I have no response from the saler and still no sign of the vehicle I purchased. I also have screen shots and emails between ashley and I that hopefully can be of help with this unfortunate occurrence.. please contact me as soon as possible with the next step of getting to the bottom of this.. thank you very much and godbless
