They advertised an Oyster necklace where they send you the oyster and the necklace to hold the pearl that you remove from the Oyster. This was to have been a Valentine's gift for my wife. Even thought I was informed that it was back ordered and it would be an extra few weeks before I would get it.
Its been six months now and never received it. I have been in touch with their customer service sinc, many many correspondences in between promising refund of which I still have yet to receive. Last correspondence from them was nearly two months ago. I have sent several emails asking for responses, to no avail! www.ashleystones.com
