After spending close to $700, Ashley Furniture is refusing to replace or rebuild their defective couch, even though it's under warranty. It was bought in May and was broken or snapped in TEN places by August and sent in for repairs. We were told the couch had defects in the wood and they "rebuilt" it free of charge. Surprise surprise, yet again, the couch is broken. The backboard to one of the seats snapped and when we called to see about getting it repaired, we were told we abused the couch and that's why it broke and they are refusing to do anything about it now. I've had ashleys furniture in the past and have never had this many problem with their products! Anything to get out of the warranty though, I guess! Buyer beware.
