Complaint Review: ASI - ASP - NHCD

I have worked for ASI/NHCD for a few years on & off. Debbie Foster Ford was my manager. She is so rude and arrogant.. Very phoney she left for a whole 2 weeks after doing nothing but complaining about ASI/NHCD for weeks to me, a rep.. I was so down about this I too quit as she said she was quitting because Kathy B. & Grant were liars, this and that.. She told me they talk in senior meetings and Grant wants them to work for free. She told me Grant was also rude and did not care about us reps or even management only his own pockets and this was why she was quitting and she did quit until she found out she could do nothing else as she has no skills. This was a year ago.

She in my eyes is an idiot but calls reps idiots..She says things too me that should not be said to any rep. Very unprofessional. She has meetings and say's things I could not believe. Now her whole story has changed but she is still talking bad about other managers (upper management) She is talking down about managers to make herself look better trying to step on everyones toes she can..There is one senior she does nothing but talk bad about, I believe she does this is because the senior she is talking about is a good manager and bumped debbe from her position. She even talks bad about her good friend Tammy, She says Tammy is phony and does nothing. She says she wants Kathy's job as kathy never knows what she is doing and confuses everything. Debbe feels she can do kathy's job better. I know all of this because I too came back for a short while because Debbe called me and said she was back and would be running recruiting dept very soon and everything would change for the good. Writing this because this has too stop.

Yesterday I received a call from a rep that is still working for ASI she said she was in a training with all the seniors and Kathy B. was so rude to all it was unbelieveable the rep said. When the rep asked Debbe about kathy and her rudeness Debbe said that is how kathy always is to her managers.I have spoken to Kathy and she is not rude maybe phony but not rude. She also told rep that kathy never knows what she is doing and always confuses things. She has told me this also. She told me Kathy does not know the difference between an HR rep and a CPA she thinks CPA is the managers etc., This rep is really sweet and I do not want her to be discouraged by Debbes negativity. Debbe is one way to certain people all cherries and honey but to her friends or reps she tells all. She never helps anyone just tells us we should know this stuff. When she trains for recruiting she reads the packet to class. Why does this class exist if she is reading packet they can read. If you cross Debbe or put her on the spot she will ignore all emails and calls and says that eventually they will go away.This is very unfair to all if they have questions about a d**n bounced check or something Debbe does not want to answer. debbe needs to go away again.. She is bad for moral support and company. It is not ASI that is bad. Debbe has reps that come and go and never do anything.This is because she does not help at all she gossips more than anything. She never gives updated information so therefore reps never know what they are doing or when they are.
