Complaint Review: Asian Imports

I wish I had read the previous bad reviews on this company before ordering 20 Mini Deployment plaques for my squadron. This would have saved me the hassle of wasting 6 months. I got volun-told to order the mini plaques, someone recommended using this company becasue they do quality work. I emailed them and the "owner" emailed me back immediately. The back and forth emails were very quick all the way up until the point that payment was made. This should have been the first "rip off" sign. He had me do a money transfer to his account in California. Not super unusual, but the constant hounding for payment and very unprofessional emails asking if "I have transfered the money" should have set off alarms.

After I paid $2100, the emails stopped. I would have to send 4-5 emails until someone would finally get back to me. After month 5, the owner said the plaques were shipping. Nothing. Then another person told me 2 weeks. Nothing. I have finally asked for a refund as alot of the people in my squadron have PCSd. I was then told they are now waiting on a UPS label. This place offers nothing but false promises and no ability to give a refund. Who knows, they may eventually send them. At this point I have had to tell 19 of my squadron mates that we got ripped off, including my Commanding Officer. If you are a JO tasked with ordering plaques, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
