Complaint Review: Asian Imports Inc

I ordered 1 x 48" "cruise" plaque and 15 x 16" personal sized plaques from Asian Imports in 2010. After completing my side of the transaction (one Google transaction for $725 for the 48" on 14 Oct 2010 and another for $1425 for the 16" on 5 Nov 2010) I exchanged a couple of emails with someone in production named Khat. Once the money was recieved, I didnt get another reliable response. 

If it were not for the incrediably pervasive reputation for quality items I dont think this business would stay afloat. Everyone who works with them knows they are known to have slow production timelines; understandable when you see incrediably detailed final products. That being said, I think the 3+ years of production time is more than enough, I expect my order has long been forgotten.

I wouldnt normally resort to tactics like this, but hope to at least garner some attention and prevent some other unluckly Lieutenant from repeating my mistakes. Nothing like an angry ready room.
