mid feb. 2019 i purchased a pair of asics kayano 25 shoes

i have barely worn them maybe a month if that in total

they have develeoped a inward tilt ( i.e. the shoes tilt inward and throws out ones back)

asicsa wanted me to file a warranty claim on there site no problem ( sent pictures as well)

within 5 minutes a instant denial

they ( asics) claim this is how the shoes are designed and follow this scripted denial excuses over and over

 

 

emaails and phones call same result

summarizing them " dont bother us, not pur problem and denied" not word for word but get idea

had one supervisor kelly pence hang  up on me after she continued to talk and speak over me and i kept telling her she is being rude and not allowing me to speak

another supervisor basically laughed in my face and sat silent on the phone for over an hour ( before i eventaully hung up)

this is how they treat customers?

they fail to honor the warrnty and find any and all excuses to do nothing

basically talking to yourself with them

made complaint with the better business burea

they lied and blamed me ( how dare i expect help)

also same excuse used with the attorney generals office
