“Use anyone else but not”
This service last few time has taken over has gone nowhere else but DOWNHILL. Most of the Canadian reps/service personel are on a power trip in cancelling some postings that don't agree with them. The staff are "Legends,...in their own minds" !!!
There are many other alternatives,..just Google to find out.
