asicsoutlet.co.uk/ Sent wrong merchandise, wouldn't refund, wouldn't communicate Somewhere in China Internet

I ordered one product and they sent me something entirely different. Their website seems to indicate they are in the UK, but the package I received came from China. Since the product was wrong, I tried to conatct them. But there is no phone number-- only an email address. I emailed them and told them about being sent the wrong product but received no response. After a couple of days I tried again except this time I threatened to report them if they didn't give me a refund and provide me with an address to send the incorrect product back to. I got a response from someone who said "I don't have time to deal wit this" and that they'll get their manager to contact me. After me emailing them a few more times, I've decided to go this route. All in all, I lost $94. Not a whole lot of money but it's the principle. And who knows-- they may have done this to others.
