Complaint Review: Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals

i responded to a tv offer of free trial just for the shipping and handling fee....i was not told that this free product trial would be a product that would not be refundable. i don't think that offers made anywhere should be allowed unless the total program is explained to the customer. i now have a $70. credit card charge that i will dispute......i will be cancelling this credit card to be sure that they cannot add any more charges to it. it is a shame that consumers have to be so careful and be put to so much trouble to protect themselves......i have learned a valuable, expensive lesson.
