Complaint Review: Ask now.com

Ok so I'm getting these emails from ask now and sprit now. They are obviously looking desperate in getting me to call by their wording. So one night I'm up late and thought I'm board let's see what the desperation is all about. I call and they set me up with an account. They said I could have forty min for forty dollars. Fair enough so I gave my mc card number but never used the min because it was getting late. I'll just call tomorrow. So the next day I lose my job!!!

I call back and talk to customer service. I asked to put the forty dollars of unused min back on my card. He wasn't as nice as the first person I talk to who set my account up. He was trying to say I already had the min So I should use them but I explained that that wasn't going to happen and he can go ahead and put the money back on my card.

I was on hold for three min and he came back to tell me I was never aloud to use the service again if we go ahead and reimburse me. He would have to erase my account and I could never come back.

Hahahahaha!!!!! Like I care dude!! Obviously your a money Greedy scam. I just think for the people who want to stay and play that's pretty harsh... bad feeling about this company is running ship!
