This psychic hotline is a fraud. They charge very high rates that a qualified medical board certified or legal lawyer would charge, from $13/minute to $40/minute. You then rationalize that if they are this expensive, they must be worth it then since their advertising says "Your Trusted Source for Psychic Advice." So you call and once they start charging, the psychic on the other end spends 1-2 minutes asking you questions, then spending another 30 seconds deliberating before giving you something that anyone can figure out. Months later, none of the predictions the psychics made came true. I tried several of their psychics to get a sense of how real it is. Firstly, all the psychics have various advice so that should already be a big red flag, and next, if you are not satisified with your reading, they don't refund your money contrary to what is advertised on their website. If you look at the about page to their "Our Promise for you Online Psychic Reading on AskNow," it says that they will refund you 10 minutes of the reading if your'e not satisified. They did no such thing, even after I called.

Huge Warning:

If you end up getting billed for $200-$500 for a reading that months later turns out completely inaccurate, customer service will pull the, "Read the fine print: It's for Entertainment Purposes Only" on you.

I call this FRAUD and False Advertising.

Ask Now? You mean Circle of Stars: They'll remind me regularly I was "independently contracted," too. It does not shock me because I worked there. Now on our end? We heard the billing alert loud and clear. Each time anyone would ask what my rate was, I was honest. But Gigi at COS (she contracted the psychics and paid them 20 cents per minute out of the $40 per min you were paying, btw -- with promises to pay more later) has quotas. I recall this was why I left...she'd call me at crazy hrs after a 15 hr shift (at 20 cents a min pay) and want me back on call. She'd want me to keep and maintain AT LEAST a 30 min per call average. She would change the quotas every 5 minutes so no one could ever keep up with them to get paid. When I worked there, it was the only job I could get at the time so I worked my butt off. I tried to keep callers engaged with accurate info, but sometimes the call would cut for no reason = I had to put in EVEN MORE HOURS to get my quotas back up. I think she cut the calls on purpose in order to keep from paying us our bonuses and keep most of the $40 per min for herself. It isn't Ask Now you're mad at; it's the woman who runs the psychic contracting company, Gigi Pontarelli. I Googled and found LOTS of complaints on her. Each time a psychic complains the calls are being cut for no reason, she would say "cut calls are spread out throughout all the readers." BUT WHY ARE CUT CALLS HAPPENING AT ALL? Because she doesn't want to pay you the bonus for performance.

I researched and found out she was part of the PRN scandal and Psychic Network investigations. Her son plays gypsy violin...hmmmm. Are you seeing more clearly now?

Ask Now is probably scamming in general, hard to say. But it's COS that's the real scammers. The psychics she hires - I have experience and am excellent at what I do. But, she NEVER ONCE TESTED ME. SHE ONLY SAID SHE KNEW I WOULD BE JUST GREAT ON THE PHONE. She never did anything to check my ability before putting me on the phones. She did send me an email with pay structure and bonus outlines, and explaining how to keep callers engaged longer by telling them "everything is interconnected." And that I had to promise to do "rituals" or spells/candles for each caller so they would call back. And to instruct each caller to actively light candles and say affirmations so they'd think they were getting more than they paid for. All she wanted me to do was hold the caller on... which I did well, unless she cut my calls.

WHY THE FBI HAS NOT INVESTIGATED HER IS BEYOND ME.

So what did I do? I QUIT and started working for Keen, independeltly. You can find some good readers there. Oranum is another source. Each person signs up independeltly and handles their calls and readings. They send the free minutes. They do the work. They do not have a Gigi over them, making them scam the callers. I never scammed anyone, but I eventually had to quit because she dropped my once back-to-back calls to almost nothing...all because I refused to hold callers on longer than necessary.

This is a joke right.. So you went to a psychic, they didn't nail it so you are claiming a rip-off. Seriously? d**n had I known you I would have liked to get some of that cash. I would have 'predicted' that this psychic AND ALL THE OTHER ONES are full of crap. Thank you for the comic relief. I especially like how you pick up the red flags buy the Bunches and just wave em around. Thanks hahahaha
