Complaint Review: Ask4Ink - Discount Inks

I have been waiting two months to receive an ink cartridge. Here's the story.

When I received my order I was missing one of the cartridges. I called and request it be sent to me, after waiting three weeks I called back and was told "Oh sorry, she forgot to mail it." They said they would send out another one.

I waited a couple more weeks and called again, they gave me a tracking number but according to the Postal Service, they had never received the package.

I called for the third time and was told that they would send it out right away and they agreed to send it second day after I insisted. That was a week ago.

Now they are telling me that they will send it out tomorrow. No one seems to know what has happened with the last couple of shipments...and no one seems to care. As far as I am concerned, I'll probably get this cartridge when pigs fly.
