Complaint Review: Www.asknet-shops.com

On May 23, 2008 i went online and ordered what i thought was NERO cd burner. I went to NERO site and purchased the burner online and filled out the billing info requested. I don't know how ASKNET.COM billed...On my bank statement it is listed as www.ASKNET-SHOPS.COM. When i sent email stating that i could not download, i could not get any response or any further details. I was recommended to NERO by my computer service representative...am just now needing the cd burner and have waited 'til this time to investigage the issue.
