I am an employee of this company. I don't know the specifics on this issue. You must have given a different name to the representative than what you used to sign up. We only allow one person per account and they must be able to verify who they are. We understand people want a level of privacy when speaking to a Psychic because of the way Psychics are viewed by the majority. A "psychic" scamming people - WAKE UP! They are all con artists and scammers. Stop wasting your money on these losers.
